Return Policy
Honslate values your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the product you received or if there are any quality issues, you can apply for a return according to the following policy. We will provide you with convenient return services.
Return Application Conditions: Return applications must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.
The product must be in brand new, unused condition, with complete packaging (including tags, labels, accessories, etc.), and free from stains, damage, or signs of alteration.
For returns due to product quality issues (such as damage, malfunction, or discrepancy from the description), you must provide clear photos of the product and order information for verification.
Some special items (such as intimate apparel or customized items) are not eligible for return without a quality issue. Please refer to the product details page for specific information.
Return Process
Submit Application: Send an email to service@honslate.com, indicating "Return Application + Order Number", explaining the reason for the return, and attaching relevant proof of the product (photos/videos);
Review and Confirmation: We will review your application within 3 business days. After approval, we will send you a confirmation email containing the return address and instructions;
Return the Product: Please return the product to the designated address within 7 business days of receiving the confirmation email. Return shipping costs: Honslate will cover shipping costs for product quality issues; for non-quality issues (such as personal preference or size discrepancies), you will be responsible for the shipping costs;
Refund Processing: After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The specific arrival time depends on the payment platform's rules.
